Your plan page lists the supported-platform allowance. The exact platform set can change as integrations are maintained.

3. Does Postlane post automatically?

Scheduled publishing can run from schedules you configure for accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

4. Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. Free for 14 days. No credit card required. Nothing is charged during the trial.

5. How does billing work?

Subscriptions are monthly. Billed monthly. Renews automatically until cancelled.

6. Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel anytime in your account settings — no cancellation fee.

7. What is POST10?

POST10 applies 10% off the first paid month and does not reduce the price of a trial.

8. Is there a refund policy?

Yes. We offer a full refund within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy.

9. What is instant delivery?

It means your activation code is sent by email; this is software, not a physical shipment.

10. Does Postlane guarantee engagement or follower growth?

No. Postlane makes no promise of follower growth, engagement, virality, or a specific performance outcome.

11. What does analytics do?

Analytics helps review published activity. Best-time suggestions and benchmarks are planning references, not guarantees.

12. Can I use bots or bought followers?

No. Postlane is for managing your own accounts. No bots, no bought followers, no spam. This is also stated in Acceptable Use and Terms.

13. What happens to my content?

You remain responsible for content and account permissions. Review the Privacy Policy and EULA.

14. Which plans have approvals and client tools?

District includes 3-step approval flows. Citywide includes unlimited approvals and a client portal.

15. How many seats are included?

Alley and Block include 1 seat, District includes 5 seats, and Citywide includes 15 seats.
