These Terms govern use of Postlane software subscriptions and are read with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookies Policy, and EULA.
Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Your subscription renews automatically every month. Cancel anytime in your account settings — no cancellation fee.
Acceptable use
Postlane is for managing your own accounts or accounts you are authorized to manage. No bots, no bought followers, no spam. Do not violate platform rules or interfere with service operation.
Content and accounts
You retain responsibility for content you create, upload, schedule, or publish and for required permissions.
Service availability
Features and third-party integrations may change for maintenance, security, legal compliance, provider requirements, or development.
Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy, including the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Limitations
Postlane does not guarantee follower growth, engagement, virality, or a particular business outcome.
